We will work with you to create the perfect tailored timeline for you and yours guests!

Once you book your dream wedding at The Grand Ol’ Barn, we will reach out to you with menus full of all the details and possibilities for the big day! ✨We offer some of the most competitive pricing for catering in the area. We are also happy to work with custom menus or family recipes. If you had something unique in mind, just let our team know and we will do our best to make that idea come to life!

You will receive a questionnaire in your email after reviewing the menus. It gives our team a chance to learn a bit about you as a couple, and what you have in mind for your cocktail hour, bar packages and wedding meals. It goes over all the important details such as estimated guest counts, serving times, and wether you would like plated or buffet style service!

After the questionnaire is complete, we will reach out to you to schedule your complimentary tasting! You can bring friends or family with you to help curate your perfect menu, and we would recommend it! You will all leave with boxes of yummy food to take home with you as well. From there we go over all the details and options in person and give you a quoted price. We are also flexible with a variety of budgets!

Your final guest count is not due until 14 days before the wedding. We know last minute that life throws some curveballs and some guest might not be able to make the wedding as planned, or you could have made some great new friends you would love to have there!
