Chef Lee discovered his passion for international cuisine and fine dining during his early travels throughout Europe, having lived just outside Paris and graduated from Palma De Mallorca, Spain.

A critically acclaimed Chef (4 stars from the Miami Herald and highly praised by the New York Times), Lee Conway has 40 years of culinary experience as executive chef for several high quality, upscale hotels and restaurants.
